This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial this is totally coincidental.
I am using the Work of Elias Chatzoudis you can buy his work HERE you will need a licence to use his work.
Scrap Kit By Enchanted Dreams Called So Girly
you will need Wsl Mask 04 which can be downloaded fron HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new white raster layer
open one of the papers from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your mask Wsl mask 04
with only the source luminance ticked and apply
merge group
Open up the Double Heart layer and place on the left then duplicate and mirror ,
Duplicate again and place that one in the center in front of other two double hearts
merge layers together
Open up the Flower layer and do the same as the double heart layer
Place two on the left and two on the right
position where desired
Open up the butterfly layer and add as desirred
Merge all layers together
now open up the sparkle layer and place over the tag
Open your main tube and place were desired add a drop shadow of choice make sure this layer is above the sparkle layer
Add any other element as you wish
Add Your licence and your watermark
