This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial this is totally coincidental.

you will need Beckys mask 22 which can be downloaded fron HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new white raster layer
open one of the papers from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your mask Beckys mask 22
with only the source luminance ticked and apply
merge group
open another one of the papers from the kit one of the lighter papers copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your mask Beckys mask 22
with only the source luminance ticked and apply
merge group then take this layer to the edge of the tag
now make a background image using the castle the trees placing where desired adding drop shadow
merge layers together for your background
Open up the heart frame thats in the kit
use the background scene that you have just created
position where desired
Click in side your frame modify expand by two
then click on the paper layer invert and hit delete on the keyboard.
Now open the golden snowflakes that came in the kit and place where desired
Open up the flower elements from the kit and add as desired adding drop shadow of choice
Open up main tube and place where desired adding a drop shadow of choice to that
Add Your licence and your watermark
