This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial this is totally coincidental.
this is an easy one to do
I am using the Work of Dominic Marco
Scrap Kit ByEnchanted Dreams Called Mystic Magic
you will need Wsl Mask 05 which can be downloaded fron HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new white raster layer
open one of the papers from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your mask Wsl mask 05
with only the source luminance ticked and apply
merge group
Open up the cloud layer and place on the left then duplicate and mirror ,
Duplicate again and place that one further down on the left then duplicte and mirror
merge clouds together
Duplicate mask layer and place this behind merged cloud layer in the corner of the
left handside of the tag then duplicate and mirror
Open up the tree layer and do the duplicate and mirror and merge the layers together
Open up the butterfly layer and add as desirred
add any other elements that you wish to use
once you have all of the element in place that you wish merge all
then add the crystal drops
on top then add your tube layer
add a drop shadow of choice
Add Your licence and your watermark
