This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial this is totally coincidental.
I am using the Work of Jennifer Janesko you can buy her work HERE you will need a licence to use her work.
I am using Aussies Scrap Designz The kits called Chocaholic which can be bought HERE
you will need Beckys Mask 22 which can be downloaded fron HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new white raster layer
open one of the papers from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your Beckys Mask 22
with only the source luminance ticked and apply
merge group
Open up the circle frame layer choose another paper from the kit
Click in side your chosen frame modify expand by two
then click on paper layer invert and hit delete on the keyboard.
Open up the large flower doodle
and place at top right hand of frame
You might have to erase some of the dots at the bottom of the doodle to give the impression
that its within the circle frame
Open up your main tube layer and place ontop of circle layer,
add drop shadow of choice
Open up the ribbon and apply on top of tube layer
Open up the flowers in the kit and place were desired
Add Your licence and your watermark
