This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial this is totally coincidental.
I am using the Work of Joel Adams
I am using Aussies Scrap Designz The kits called Winter Time which can be bought HERE
you will need wsl mask 17 which can be downloaded fron HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new white raster layer
open one of the papers from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your mask Wsl mask 17
with only the source luminance ticked and apply
merge group
Open up the Double frame layer choose another paper from the kit
Click in side your chosen frame modify expand by two
then click on paper layer invert and hit delete on the keyboard.
Duplicate tube layer
Adjust ,blur, gaussian blur set to 10
the layers pallet on the right hand side scroll down to select screen
on the image that you have just blured
merge the two tube layers
add drop shadow of choice.
Click inside your chosen frame modify expand by two
then click on tube layer invert and hit delete on the keyboard.
Open up the main tube and resize as desired
Place this image infront of the Left hand frame
Add any other element as you wish
Add Your licence and your watermark
