Well Hello
This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial this is totally coincidental.
I am using the Work of Dominic Marco
I am using Bad Girl Creations The kits called Christmas Gold which can be bought HERE
you will need Beckys mask 22 which can be downloaded fron HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new white raster layer
open one of the papers from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your mask Beckys mask 22
with only the source luminance ticked and apply
merge group
Open up the frame layer and place in background
Open up the tube layer of choice
Duplicate tube layer
Adjust ,blur, gaussian blur set to 10
the layers pallet on the right hand side scroll down to select screen
on the image that you have just blured
merge the two tube layers
drop the opicity to 60 on the tube layer.
merge the frame the tube layer together add drop shadow of choice.
Open up your ribbon layer and add were desired erasing the edges to get rid of the shapness
add a drop show of choice
Open up the main tube and resize as desired
Add any other element as you wish
Add Your licence and your watermark
