This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial this is totally coincidental.
I am using the Work of Pinuptoons you can buy his work HERE you will need a licence to use his work.
I am using Baby Cakes Scraps The kits called Beary xmas which can be bought HERE
you will need Beckys mask 22 which can be downloaded fron HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new white raster layer
open one of the papers from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your mask Becky mask 22
with only the source luminance ticked and apply
merge group
Open up the frame layer choose another paper from the kit
Click in side your chosen frame modify expand by two
then click on paper layer invert and hit delete on the keyboard.
Now chose one of the bears and place within frame merge frame bear and paper
Open the flower dooodle resize smaller place on right corner of frame
Duplicate and mirror merge the two together
Place this layer betqween the frame and the background layer
Open one of the flower clusters and make smaller and place
either side of the frame add drop shadow of choice
Place main tube were desired add a drop shadow of choice
Add any other element as you wish
Add Your licence and your watermark
