Autumn Time
 This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial this is totally coincidental. I am using the Work of Joel Adams I am using cinnamon scrap ftu scrapkit september morn you can download it HERE beckys mask 021 which can be downloaded HERE Lets Begin: Open psp and open a 600X600 new white raster layer open one of the papers from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer open up the mask layer and minamize it for now open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your mask becky 021 with only the source luminance ticked and apply merge group together,add a drop shadow of choice. Duplicate the mask layer Layers ,hue and saturation and colorize the duplicated layer i chose hue 0 and saturation 129 and then position your second layer were you would like it . Open one of the frames that came with the kit and paste it as a new layer Open up another one of the papers that came with the kit , Highlight inside the frame with the magic wand make sure that you are on the frame layer Selection modify expand by 2 without knocking the selected click on the paper layer that you have just pasted selection invert and then hit delete on your keyboard selections select none. Move this layer behind the frame . Open up your artist tube layers duplicate it and expand it . Click inside the frame again as before expand it by two click on the artist tube you have just expanded and invert and delete on the keyboard Put this layer of your expanded tube behind the frame Duplicate this layer on the top layer Adjust ,blur, gaussian blur set to 10 the layers pallet on the right hand side scroll down to select screen on the image that you have just blured Now put the background circle paper and the two expanded tubes behind the frame and merge group Add a drop shadow of choice. Go back to your main tube add drop shadow and position open the elements that came with the kit and add as desired.
