This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial this is totally coincidental.
I am using the Work of Jesicca Galbreth you can buy her work here
you will need wsl mask 84 which can be downloaded fron HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new white raster layer
open one of the papers from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your mask wsl mask 84
with only the source luminance ticked and apply
merge group position it in the top left hand corner of paper
open another one of the papers that came with the scrap kit and do the same again only
this time position second masked layed not as far to the left match the lines on both masked layers then merge together
duplicate and move to the bottom right hand corner merge all
Open one of the frames that came with the kit and paste it as a new layer
Open up another one of the papers that came with the kit ,
Highlight inside the frame with the magic wand
make sure that you are on the frame layer
Selection modify expand by 10
without knocking the selected click on the paper layer that you have just pasted
selection invert and then hit delete on your keyboard
selections select none.
Move this layer behind the frame .
Open up your artist tube layers duplicate and position it within the frame
Click inside the frame again as before expand it by 2
click on the artist tube you have just positioned within the frame .
selection modify expand then click on tube layer invert and hit delete on the keyboard
and invert and delete on the keyboard
Put this tube behind the frame drop its opicity to 30,
merge group
add a drop shadow of choice.
add another tube from the same artist add drop shadow
position it as desired
open the elements that came with the kit and add as desired.
Add Your licence and your watermark
