Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new transparent raster layer
Open up a paper from kit and open mask with only sourse ticked apply
and merge group
Open the flowers in the kit and place were desired
Place tube were desired add drop shadow of choice
Open up the gold and silver stars within the scrap kit reduce in size
nearer to the tube and let them get larger the more there away from the tube when happy merge them together and open eyecandy and aply gradient glow white size 8
Add any other elements from the kit as desired
Add Your licence and name
