Dark Angel
This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial
this is totally coincidental.
I am using Wicked Angel scrapkit by Designs By Ali can buy it HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new tranparent raster layer
Open up one of the papers and load mask with only source ticked apply and merge group
Open up one of the ribbons duplicate and mirror and flip
Open up a couple of the clouds and place on bottom of tag
Place tube of moon in top left hand top of tag
Open up tube and place were desired and add drop shadow of choice
Then open the wings within the kit and place behind the tube
Add stars layer and place the brightest star on thee moon
open up any other elements in the kit and add as desired
Add Your licence and name
