This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial this is totally coincidental.
I am using the Work of Joel Adams you cant buy his work at the moment
You will need wsl mask 84 you can download it HERE
Scrap Kit By Cinnamon Scraps Love You Beary Much you can get it HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new transparent raster layer
open one of the papers from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your mask Wsl mask 84
with only the source luminance ticked hit apply
merge group
Open the flower scrolls and place on right hand side of tag duplicate and mirror
open up a few of the flowers and place them on the right hand side bottom each 1 you place duplicate and mirror adding a drop shadow of choice
then open 1 of the others flowers in the kit and place between the two sets merge all flowers together
Open up tube and place were desired with drop shadow of choice
open up the two daisy flowers and place either side behind the tube
