Starry Eyes
This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway
to another tutorial this is totally coincidental.
I am using the Work of Keith Garvey you can buy his work HERE
you will need a licence to use his work.
I am using Starry Sarry Night by Monti Srapz can be bought HERE
You will need eye candy gradiant glow you can download from the net
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new tranparent raster layer
Open up the starry writing with in the kit
Place on top then open up tube layer (this has to be a close up tube from an artists work)
Open up the chain layer and place vertical on the left hand side
then open up the alphas and spell out eyes
when all placed then merge and place on bottom of chain
then place tube behind the writing showing the eyes of the tube
add drop shadow to tube
use eye candy 4000 gradiant colour white gradiant 10.00
add this also to the eyes writing and your name
