This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial
this is totally coincidental.

I am using Back to Haterz scrapkit by Designs By Ali can buy it HERE
You will also need eyecandy 4000 you can download this from the internet
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new tranparent raster layer
Open up one of the word art add a gradient glow lilac 10
Duplicate layer and copy it till it fills the whole page merge together
Open up a closeup of the tube of choice place it infront of worart sheet
Open up one of the curtains and place on left hand side of tag
Open up the ribbon for the bottom
Open up tube and place were desired and add drop shadow of choice
open up any other elements in the kit and add as desired
Add Your licence and name
