This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another
tutorial this is totally coincidental.

you will need a licence to use his work.This tube is a bonus tube

You will need wsl mask 3 which can be downloaded from HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new transparent raster layer
Open one of the paper elements load the mask layer and with only the source ticked apply and merge group
Open up the butterfly element in the kit and place were desired
this will be at the top of the tag
Open up the large grass layer place were desired and duplicate and mirror
merge together
Open tube layer place as desired and add drop shadow of choice
Add Your Name and licence
