This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial
this is totally coincidental.
I am using the Work of Elias Chatzoudis you can buy his tubes HERE
I am using Clover Girl scrapkit byAddictive Pleasures can be downloaded HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new tranparent raster layer
Open up the gold sparkles within the kit and place as layer
Open the horse shoe and place were desired
Open tube of choice and place within horse shoe if any of tube is infront of horse shoe then erase out with eraser add drop shadow of choice
Open up flower patten and place in the center at the botton of tagg Then add the coins from the kit duplicateing the first one and mirroring the layer so that they are both not the same then put the two layers to the bottom left hand side
Add wordart and bow of choice
Add Your licence and name
