This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial
this is totally coincidental.
I am using the Work of Keith Garvey you can buy his tubes HERE
I am using Irish Beauty scrapkit byAddictive Pleasures can be downloaded HERE
You will also need wsl mask 17 you can download it from HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new tranparent raster layer
Open up the mask and with only the source ticked apply merge group
duplicate and make it darker then place the light layer top left and the
dark layer bottom right merge these two layers
Open up gold pattern and place as desired
Open up frame layer and palace as desired
Open tube of choice duplicate on the bottom layer gaussian blur 10
on top layer opacity screen merge these two layers together place
behind frame duplicate this layer and mirror place behind other side of frame
Click within frame on both sides and modify expand by 3 then click on 1 of the tube layers and invert and hit deleat on keyboard then click on other tube layer and hit deleat the merge the two tube layers and the frame layer together
Place tube layer were desired add drop shadow of choice then open rose element from kit and place at an angle in bottom right hand corner duplicate and mirror
Open up golden clover erase the stem and place were desired duplicate and mirror finally duplicate this element and place it between the other two
Add Your licence and name
