This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another
tutorial this is totally coincidental.

You will need Lauras mask 131 which can be downloaded from HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new transparent raster layer
Open one of the paper elements load the mask layer and with only the source ticked apply and merge group
Open another paper and do the same make this layer slightly smaller than the first one
Open a frame layer ,open another paper layer from the kit
Place behind the frame layer
Open your tube layer duplicate bottom layer gaussian blur 10
top layer opacity screen merge these two layers together place behind frame were desired
Click inside frame layer expand by 5 then click on paper layer invert deleat
click on tube layer and hit deleat merge frame tube and paper layer together
place frame layer were desired
Open up the tube layer place as desired and add drop shadow of choice
Open up the various flower elements and place as desired
I placed some behind the frame layer
Then open one of the spring wordart elements and place at bottom left
Add Your Name and licence
