To do this tutorial you will need missy mask 395 a keith garvey tube i used longing plugins eyecandy,tramages and penta dot and cross
open a 600 by 600 image choose your colour that you are going to use and fill the layer just opened
then load mask and bring up wsl mask 81 and apply
merge group then move the mask layer so it fits into the top left hand corner of layer
duplicate and hue and saturate to a different colour then mirror then duplicate this mayer flip and mirror
duplicate the first coloured layer and mirror and flip
merge visable layers
Open the template i chose missys 395
deleate the credits also deleat the thin rectangles
copy and paste the glitter circle on your tag then copy the pink circle and paste that on your tag
open your tube of choice
I used keith Garvey longing tube
paste the closest of the tube possition it to the right of the pink circle duplicate and mirror merge the two tubes together
duplicaten on the bottom layer tube
gaussin blur 10 then on the toplayer change layer to screen and merge the two tube layers together
on the pink circle layer select inver then click on the tube layer and hit deleat

apply twice merge the three circles
Open the smaller tube and place were desired add drop shadow of choice
open the two layers of wordart and merge together open the pink word art
and place were you wish merge two wordart layers together and place were desired
Open the two frames and there backgrounds choose another layer from the tube and place infront
of frame layers duplicate the tube layer and unsee one then click inside the frame layer hit
invert then click the tube layer that has just been cropped then
hit deleat repeat steps for the other frame
using tramages tow the line apply to the cropped tube layers

place the frame outlines on top of the tow the line tubes plus the backround frames and merge all three layers and
place as desired
open the star and add eyecandy apply glow with the size 20 duplicate
then place stars as desired
i also placed a ivy tube that i have downloaded from the internet you may add what ever other tubes you wish
add the licence your name
