To do this tutorial you will need Fairy Punk Scrapkit which is made by Creative Crazy Scraps which you can get from a number of scrapkit shops to see the list please go HERE
open a 600 by 600 image choose a paper from the kit copy and paste layer open
then load mask and bring up wsl mask 289 and apply
merge group then place in top left had corner
Open another one of the papers and repeat last steps
then add noise 53 uniform with monochrome ticked place this layer in the bottom right hand side part of the tag then merge these two layers together
Open the coloured sparkles within the kit and place in top right corner then duplicate mirror duplicate and flip then duplicate and mirror so they will now be in all four corners then merge these layers together
Open the frame layer in the kit and open tree of the papers i chose the golds
place behind frame layer
now with your magic wand click inside all of the inside one of the frame selection modify expand by two click paper layer and invert and deleat select none
Repleat this on all three frames
Open your tube of choice duplicate it on the bottom layer blur 10.00 then on the top layer
opacity screen merge layers together
Duplicate twice so you have three layers place behind frame and do the same for as you did with the paper layers
So you will now have 3 paper layers 3 tube layers and one frame add a drop shadow of choice to the frame layertheon the top one add a plugin of choice i used xero porcelin then i mergedthe frame the backing paper and the tube layer together ,on the next layer on the tube layer i used penta.com dot and cross plugin,then same as before merge the tube layer and the paper layer and the frame together
and on the last tube i used xero again only this time i used radience then merge together
place where desired,using the sparkles from the kit place these across all three tops of the frames then open the wordart and place were desired on the frame iused it on all three in frount of the sparkles and then merge together
Open the branch within the kit and place then duplicate and mirror then merge these two layers together duplicate and flip then bring this layer so that they join in the middle then merge together ,open the fern layer and repeat these steps and place this layer above the branch layer and merge together
Open the swirls from the kit and place where desired i placed mine behind the frame and fern layers,add tube of choice and add drop shadow of choice
Add any wordart of choice using fonts on your computer
add your licence and your name and all done..............
