To do this tutorial you will need Lollipops and Dreams Scrapkit which is made by Creative Crazy Scraps which you can get from a number of scrapkit shops to see the list please go HERE
wsl mask 230 which you can download from her site HERE I used Celinart tube which you can buy HERE i used eyecandy plugin
open a 600 by 600 image choose your colour that you are going to use and fill the layer just opened
then load mask and bring up wsl mask 230 and apply
merge group then resize and place in top right had corner add noise 43,uniform ticked and monochrome ticked then apply
Duplicate and place on top left hand top of tag then repeat the last two steps till the tag has four mask layers in all four corners then merge all
Open the sweets in the kit and place at bottom add crop shadow of choice repeat a few times until you have four and then place them along bottom of tube and merge them together
Duplicate and place on top left hand top of tag then repeat the last two steps till the tag has four mask layers in all four corners then merge all
Open the sweets in the kit and place at bottom add crop shadow of choice repeat a few times until you have four and then place them along bottom of tube and merge them together
Open the frame and open one of the papers from the kit and place behind frame layer
now with your magic wand click inside all of the inside of the frame selection modify expand by three click paper layer and invert and deleat select none
Open your tube of choice duplicate it on the bottom layer blur 10.00 then on the top layer
opacity screen merge layers together then enlarge till your happy it
you may have to sharpen it
place into the frame you made before do the same as the paper layer for the tube then merge tube layer paper layer and frame layer then place were desired
Open the sparkles and do the same as the sweets duplicate untill you have four layers place along bottom of tag over the sweet layer that you created before then merge the sparkle layers together
Open the tree layer place were desired and add drop shadow of choice duplicate then flip vertical and place diagonal to the first tree placed merge the two layers together
Add tube of choice and add drop shadow of choice bring the sweet and sparkle layer to the top
Add wordart of choice ,select all the letters modify expand by 3 on to a new layer then turn to raster layer and colour of choice add the same noise as before them merge the two layers together add drop shadow of choice add your licence and your name and all done..............
