I used the tube Tony Tzanoukakis which can be bought HERE,
The template is millies number 44 and can be downloaded from HERE 
the mask that i used is wsl 275 you can download it from her site
The scrapkit that i used is called Autumn Butterfly by Toxic Desirez HERE
the plugin that i used are eyecandy for the wording this can be downloaded from the internet

Open one of the backgrounds from the kit and apply the mask merge group Duplicate and flip then merge together
Open the template and on the large oval layer do the same as mask choose a paper from the kit and click inside the oval layer invert and click on the paper layer and hit delete add penta.com filter dot and cross

Open the three squares within the template i only used one set of three there is two within the template this is up to your preference
Open your tube of choice duplicate and on bottom layer gaussian blur 10 on top layer change layer to screen and merge these two layers together then duplicate three times place where desired within the three squares and then as before click within square invert then on the layer hit delete
Add drop shadow of choice on frame s and merge these three squares together
Open the two circles within the template flood fill colour of choice add noise of choice and add drop shadow of choice and merge these two layers together
Open the square within the template and colour a different colour add noise of choice drop shadow of choice and place where desired
Open the acorn tube ad drop shadow of choice and placed where desired 
Open the house tube within the kit and add a drop shadow of choice and place where desired
Open wordart from template colour as desired place where desired on the days are here wordart adda eyecandy glow white ,10 medium setting

Open the light within the kit add drop shadow of choice and place where desired
Open tube add drop shadow and place above the wordart as if she is lying on it add any other tubes from the kit as desired then add licence and name and all finished...................
