To do this tutorial you will need the plugins eyecandy ,penta.com.dot

Lets get started open a new 650x650 layer
Choose one of the paper from the kit opening wsl mask 84 HERE
apply and merge group make this layer smaller to fit in one of the corners duplicate and mirror duplicate and flip duplicate and mirror so you have them in all four corner then merge these layers together
Open the tree layer in the kit and place on the right hand side duplicate and place on the left hand side merge these two layers together
Open your shape tool and make a square with a colour of your choice then appy noise mono place center left then duplicate and mirror flip then merge these two layers together
Open the ribbon tube within the kit and add drop shadow of choice and place in the top left hand corner of the tag
then open the frame layer Open your tube of choice duplicate and on the bottom layer gaussian blur 10 on the top layer change the mode to screen then merge together place behind frame and duplicate till the frame is filled then merge these tube layers together click inside the frame layer expand by 2 invert then on the tube layer hit deleate,on the tube layer penta,com dot 255,4,2
then on the frame layer add drop shadow of choice and merge the frame layer and tube layer together move this to the right of the tag
Open the tree layes within the kit and place them behind the frame layer on the left hand side
Open your tube and place were desired adding a drop shadow of choice ,then open the banner layer and place below the tube adding a drop shadow of choice
Place the circle sparkles around the frame on the top right hand side then duplicate and place on the bottom left hand side of tag
Add licence and name and all finished
