To do this tutorial you will need 

Sebastien Serrano tube you can buy HERE the scrapkit is by Gaby Cobain and is called Look at me now you can buy that HERE you will also need penta.com and eye candy plugins for this tutorial

Lets get started open a new 700x600 layer 
Open and place the black disco ball in the top right hand corner of the tag,then open the ball scroll and place in same place as disc ball duplicate and mirror merge the two ball scrolls together
Open the two silver frames and with your eraser delete one of them ,open your tube of choice and duplicate this on the bottom layer gaussin blur 10 on the top layer change the layer settings to screen merge these two layers together 
Place this layer behind the frame layer that you opened before when happy with magic tool click inside the frame expand by three then invert and click on tube layer and hit delete,using penta.com add dots if wished on tube layer then on frame layer add a drop shadow of choice and merge the tube layer and frame layer together ,duplicate this layer and mirror and place in top left hand corner of tag place the other frmae just middle of the disco ball
Open the rose stem from the kit and place this along the bottom of the frame that you have just  place in top left corner,do the same on the right hand frame as well merge the frames and the rose stems together.
Open the smoke from the kit ,brighten this and then hue and colour a choice of yours i chose yellow place bottom left hand side under frame layer ,duplicate the smoke and do the same ,then place this under the other right hand frame merging the two smoke layers together
Open the swirl within the scrapkit and hue and saturate a colour of choice ,then place this in center of tag behind frame layers and behind smoke layer
Open the record,amp,lipstick,nail varnish ,speakers,belt ,micophone and place them were desired adding drop shaddow of choice
Open tube of choice adding drop shadow and place where desired
Open the wordart within the kit place the HOT in top right hand side of tag behind the tube adding eyecandy glow ,white ,3
Then open the rock wordart and place in bottom right hand corner over the top of main tube adding the same eyecandy setting as before 
Open the sparkles within the kit and place were desired

Add licence and name and all finished
