To do this tutorial you will need
Ismael Rac 2013 fairy2 tube you can buy HERE i am using the matching scrapkit fairy and you can buy that HERE
Lets get started open a new 650 x 650 layer
Open the glittersplat layer from the kit and place in top left corner of tag duplicate mirror duplicate and flip then duplicate and mirror again you will now have it in all four corners merge these four layers together
Open and place the doodle in the top right hand corner of the tag,then duplicate and mirror and flip then merge these two layers together
Open the swirly effort and place n right and side of tag adding a drop shadow of choice,place the large flower in front of it adding drop shadow of choice
Open the sparkle layer place top left duplicate and mirror merge these two layers together
Open the circle within the kit place on left and side of tag open a paper of choice and place behind circle using magic wand click within the circle sections modify expand b 3 then invert click on paper layer just opened and click delete
Now open tube of choice duplicate o bottom layer gaussian blur by ten on top layer change opacity to screen merge these two layers together and then place behind circle and repeat the steps as before with the paper layer then add a drop shadow of choice to the circle layer on merge the tube and paper layer add effects ,textures,weave 1,5,1, fill all gaps ticked all with white,the merge circle layer ad tube,place were desired
Open the cloud layer and duplicate and mirror then duplicate and place this one between other two layers then merge these two layers together adding a drop shadow of choice place at bottom of tag duplicate this layer and place just above on at the bottom merge these two layers together
Open up the green hearts and place one either side of the circle behind it adding drop shadow of choice
Place the pink ribbon at bottom of tag with drop shadow of choice,open the lined sparkles and place them over the top of ribbon
Open tube of choice place were desired adding a drop shadow of choice
then open cupcake flower with ant on the butterfly and any other elements from the kit add your drop shadow and place were desired
Add copyright and name of choice all done
