Flying The Flag

To do this tutorial you will need 

Lets get started open a new 650 x 650 layer  
Open the glittersplat layer from the kit and place in top left corner of tag duplicate mirror duplicate and flip then duplicate and mirror again you will now have it in all four corners on the top right change the hue and saturation to red and the one opposite on the bottom one change it to blue so theres two blue either side of it and the same with the red merge these four layers together
Open the circle frame within scrapkit duplicate and hue and saturate it to the blue on the other layer hue and saturate this red
then with the eraser rub out parts of the top circle frame so you can see blue threw it then merge these two layers together
Open the tube and place were desired adding drop shadow of choice
using the magic wand click on one of the white stars on the tube expand by 1 and the duplicate 
select none then duplicate this white star loads of times and place around the circle frame that you have just made
then merge all the stars together
Place over top of frame
Open one of the papers from the kit and hue and saturate the same as before 
one red one blue then using eraser with a brush loaded click on red layer so you can see some of the blue layer behind this then merge these two paper layers together
place behind frame layer click inside frame expand by 3 then invert then on the paper layer hit delete
Duplicate the tube and make larger then duplicate this layer on the bottom layer gaussian blur by 10 then on the top layer change this opacity to screen duplicate this layer and hide for now ,then merge the screen layer and the blured layer together 
Place behind circle layer and click inside frame expand by 3 then invert and click on the tube layer and hit deleteAdd a drop shadow of choice to the circle frame
Merge the paper layer the tube layer and the circle frame layer
The tube layer you hid before show this again and with your eraser ,erase all the tube bar the flag and hand now place this over the top of the previous layer that you placed in the circle frame so the flag comes out of the circle 
make sure that the stars you placed before are behind the hand
Open the waves in the kit and place one either side of the circle frame
Open the sand within the kit and duplicate 3 times and place along bottom of tag merging them together once placed were desired
Open the glass ,jug and cocktail within the kit add drop shadow of choice and place along bottom of circle 
Make sure the main tube is at the front
Add copyright and name of choice all done
