To do this tutorial you will need 

Lets get started open a new 650 x 650 layer 
Open the sand layer within the kit and place on bottom of the tag,then open the dark blue layer and place that in the middle of the tag behind the sand then open the light blue layer and place two of these so they reach the top of the tag then merge these four layers together
Open the grass within the scrapkit and place on bottom of the tag duplicate and mirror you might have to erase a little bit so they go together
Open the curved path and place above grass layer then duplicate and mirror merge the two curved path layers together and place this layer behind the grass layer 
Then open the balcony tube and do the same as the curved path place one on left of tag duplicate mirror then merge adding a drop shadow of your choice
Open the moon place in top right of the tag adding a drop shadow  of your choice
Open the light effect and place this in front of the moon
Now open the glitter circle within the kit and place this in front of the moon duplicate and then merge these two layers together then duplicate this layer and flip then merge these two layers together,it should look like a heart
Open the mist and place this between the grass and the balcony then open your tube of choice and place were desired adding a drop shadow of choice
Open the flower candle add a drop shadow and place on bottom right hand part of tag 
Add copyright and name of choice all done
