To do this tutorial you will need
Ninaste goth Valentine tube from beehive studio HERE
You will also need Amy Maries scrapkit Red Hot HERE
You will also need eyecandy impact glass

Lets get started open a new 650 x 650 layer
Open the tube layer and place left side of tag ,with a bold font in dark red write SEXY ,using selection circle tool select the center of the tube and copy the leopard center of tube now duplicate this a few times and place behind writing merge prints together then on font with selection tool click inside sexy hit invert then delete
Now with your selections tool click all letters open a new layer go to this layer and flood fill white with eyecandy impact use glass on default settings
Place red sexy on bottom change opacity to 40 then place print layer above this layer,then the white glassed layer above that change the opacity to overlay then merge together
duplicate this layer gussian blur by 10 then texture weave 2,5,2 fill gaps ticked white colour of choice then move this layer slightly to the right and up
add eyecandy gradient glow with 10 white then a drop shadow of choice on original layer then duplicate original sexy place behind other two sexys and change opacity to 40 do the same as blured image raise up and left a bit hide all sexy layers the blurred sexy and the top layer and bottom layer
Open rose tube and place bottom right duplicate and mirror
merge and add drop shadow of choice
Open shoe layer and place on right middle side of tag duplicate and mirror
Open 13 and place in middle of tag behide all layers then open the black leafs and place one on right side of tag duplicate and mirror and merge together
Open 96 and place back of tag
Open 39 and place behind tube at back of tag
Open the black feather and place a few at back of tag
Open the swirl layer and place one behind tube then duplicate turn this sideways and place just behind sexy layers and duplicate so theres two on the bottom
unhide the 3 sexy layers and the tube layer
Add copyright and name of choice all done
