To do this tutorial you will need Ninaste Bunny girl pack of tubes with you can buy HERE 

You will also need scrapkit by wicked Creativity Ruby Red which you can buy HERE

 Open a new raster layer 650x650
Open the swirl 1 and place right of tag duplicte and mirror then merge
together
 place near to the bottom of the tag
Open the sparkle balls and place on the bottom left of the tag
Open the swirl and place on tag in center at the top
then open the bunch
 and place in bottom right of the tag then duplicate and mirror add
 a drop shadow
of choice and then merge
these two layers together
Now open the balls tree within the kit and turn it so that its going
the same way
the bunch you have just pasted then duplicate and mirror then
add a drop shadow
 of choice then merge these two layers together
 then move
these slightly further
 up than the bunch layer just created

Open the frame within the kit and place as desired
Open your tube of choice place within the frame click on
the frame expand by 5
then on the tube layer click delete then duplicate the tube layer
and on the
bottom layer guassian blur 10 on the top layer
change the opacity to
screen then merge these two layers together
On the frame layer add a drop shadow of choice and merge this with the
 tube layer just created
Open flower 5 and place at side of frame then open the red feather
and place that over the top then open the white feather and mirror
 and place that over the red feather then
open the other
white ,red,black flower and place on top of the feather
Open the flower 0 and place in top right of tag behind everything
Open the red daisys in the kit and place them just below the f
lower just added
Open leaf 0 and place that on the bottom left of the frame place them
 behind the frame following the circle of the frame
Open the butterfly ad place in top left corner and then open the sparkles
 and place this directly behind the frame layer
Open your tube place were desired add drop shadow of choice

Add your name and copyright and all done
