To do this tutorial you will need pinup toon tube which you cant now buy as it was a bonus tube in april 2014 but other Pinup toon tubes you can buy from HERE

you will also need IcyBlueMysticDesigns Hello Summer which you can buy from HERE

Now to start open a 650 x 650 raster layer open the three square tags 

and add noise settings 

random 47 monochrome

add a drop shadow to all three then place the light brown to the top right the blue 

tag to the middle left 

and the dark tag to the bottom right when all positioned merge together

Now open the yellow large flower make them smaller and place to the center

 left of the tag

Open the round circle frame 

Now open your tube of choice place inside the circle now with your raster selections tool on circle

 choose a section of your tube then click delete

now duplicate this section untill the circle has been filled then merge all tube layers 

togther 

click inside the circle and then invert and click delete on your tube layer just created 

now duplicate that tubbe layer on the bottom gaussian blur by 10 

on on the top layer change the opacity to screen then merge the circle layer the blured layer

 and the screen opacity layers together

Open the five leafed brown flowers place one at the bottom right

 and one in the middle left center adding a drop shadow of choice merge these two layers together

Open thefive leafed light blue flowers make smaller add a drop shadow of choice and place these to the left center Now open the light blue flowers and duplicate these place two in the center 

and one to the left add drop shadow and merge together

Open the darker blue flowers and place near the light blue flowers

 just placed but place these slighlty further down when satified add a drop shadow of choice

 and merge these three together along with the three light blue flowers placed before 

now duplicate and flip with your earaser erase all the flowers on the left

 now merge these two layers together

Open a butterfly from the scrapkit and place topleft adding a drop shadow of choice

Now open elements 8,9 and place these in alternative order along the bottom of the tag

 adding drop shadow of choice to each then merge these layers together

Open the lizard within the kit and add a drop shadow of choice and place on center right 

Open your tube add a drop shadow and place were desired 

Now add your copy right and name and all done
