To do this tutorial you will need IcyBlueMystic Designs Freedom Scrapkit that you can buy HERE

You will also need Elias Chatzouis Long Live America you can buy that  HERE

Now to start open a new 650 x 650 raster layer

Open up the scrapkit an open up the large star design place this on the tag in the center

 gaussian blur by 7 then add noise setting random 80 monochrome then duplicate and rotate by 60 

then merge together then resize to fit inside the top left of the tag

 then duplicate and miror then duplicte and flip then duplicate then mirror 

now should be in all four corners of the tag merge together

Now open the stars with the dots attached now with your eraser rub out the dots place in top right duplicate and mirror then merge these two layers together

Open the large blue daisys place one center left then duplicate and mirror adding a drop shadow to each then merge these two together

Now open the large two flags within the kit 

and place in center top of the tag adding a drop shadow of choice

Now open the red ,white and blue flower bunches make smaller

 and place blue bottom right red mirror and place bottom left and place the white bottom center 

adding a drop shadow of choice to each merge these three layers together

Open one of the stars from the frames and place in center of the tag 

now open tube of choice and place behind the star click inside the star expand by 3

 then invert then on the tube layer positioned earier 

click delete now add a drop shadow of choice to the frame on the tube layer duplicate and on the bottom layer gaussian blur 10 on the top layer change the opacity to screen 

Open the rockets add a drop shadow of choice and place in the bottom left of the tag duplicate and mirror merge these two layers together place this layer behind the three bunches of flowers placed before

Open your tube of choice adding a drop shadow of choice 

Open one of the cats make smaller add a drop shadow of choice and place in bottom left of the tag

Open one of the ribbons and place to the left at the bottom of the tag 

Open another one of the stars make smaller and place were desired on the tag Add your copyright and name and all done
