To do this tutorial you will need  

 Toxic Desirez New Scrapkit Cynder

which you can buy from HERE
The tube im using is Martin Abel you can buy that HERE

You will also need eye candy gradient glow you can download this from the net

Now open a new 650 x 650 layer
Go into the scrapkit and copy and paste the curly tree layer
make it small enough to fit into one of the corners of the tag place it in the top right corner
dupliate and flip now match up the tree trunks with your eraser brush erase the extra that over laps now merge these two layers together
duplicate this layer and mirror then merge together
Open tghe yellow star layer from the kit
 and add a drop shadow of choice place one top right of the tag
and one bottom left merge these two klayers together
Now open the circle frame from the scrapkit
 and place enter of the tag open a paper of choice from the scrapkit
and copy and paste behind the circle frame
now click inside frame expand by 3 then invert and on the paper layer click delete
Now open your tube of choice if it does not come with an enlarged layer then you will have to enlarge your self untill it fits the circle frame
 when happy with possition click again inside the circle frame
 expand by 3 invert and delete on the enlarged tube layer
now duplicate this layer and on the bottom layer gaussian blur of 10
 on the top layer change the opacity to screen merge these two layers together
then effets texture effects weave
1-3-1 a colour from your tube
 and fill gaps ticked and apply
add a drop shadow of choice to the circle frame and merge the paper layer
the tube layer and circle frame layer together
Now make slightly smaller and place just above center fight
Now open the film strip from the scrapkit and rotate untill it is vertial
 get your tube of choice again
and dupliate four times  place each tube layer behind the film strip
and in the windows of the film strip change position of the tube
when happy click inside the window expand by 3
 invert and on the tube layer click delete do this to all four tubes
so you end up with a part of the tube in all four film strip windows
 now merge all the tube layers togther
duplicate and on the bottom layer gaussian blur by 10
 on on the top layer change the opacity to dodge then merge these two layers together
 now do the same as before effects texture weave but this time
change this to a different colour from the tube 1-3-1 gaps filled ticked apply
Now add a drop shadow of choice to the frame and merge these two layers together
Now open the string layer from the kit
and rotate untill it is vertiale and plae over the top of the film strip now with your eraser
 erase some of the string from the middle to the edge of the film strip
 so it now looks like the string is wrapped around the film strip
Now open the raven and make smaller add a drop shadow of choice
and place him on the sring just placed around the film strip
so it is as if he is perched upon this
 now merge the raven and the string with the film strip
and place to the far right of the tag
Now open the little devil from the kit add a drop shadow of choice
 and place him on the film strip higher from the raven
as if they are looking at eah other when happy merge these two layers together
Open the eye and snake add a drop shadow of choice place this at the bottom
 of the film strip and to the left when happy merge that too with the film strip
Open the pink jewel and place behind the film strip
and the large circle frame to the right just below the large circle frame
Open the lolli and make smaller and tilt slighly to the right
adding a drop shadow of choice place top right behind the frame and circle layer
Now open the small square frame layer choose a paper from the kit
copy and paste behind the frames just plaes click inside frame
 expand by 3 invert and on the paper layer clik delete
 Now open tube and do the same as before place behind the square layer
 change possition of the tube click inside the square
expand by 3 and on the tube layer click delete
do this for both tubes now merge the paper and tube layers together
and hue and saturate colourize them
doesnt matter what colour is chosen it the saturation should be 0
 now apply adding a drop shadow of choice to the frames
 merge the tube and frame layers together
adding another drop shadow again to the frame layer
Now we need to separate these two frames so dupliate and hide one layer
and with your eraser brush erase one of the squares then unhide
 the other square layer and erase the opposite square to the one you just erased
so that you have two squares that are different
Place to the left of the tag one above the other
Open the tower from the kit and place behind the two frames just placed
Copy and paste the lightning behind the film strip but infront of the large circle have  it coming right across the large circle
Open the web dupliate and flip so that they both join up merge these two layers together
place bottom center of the tag so that it starts from the bottom square box placed before infront of the large cirle but behind the film strip
also copy and paste the spider on to the web adding a drop shadow of choice to it
Also open the loud and plae behind the web but place this behind the large irle layer and film strip
place the cat add a drop shadow of choice and place bottom left of the tag
Open your tube of choice add a drop shadow of choice and plae were desired
Add your copyright and your name of choice adding a gradient glow
and a drop shadow of choice
