To do this tutorial you will need Toxic Desirez Scrapkit Skullerella

which you can buy from HERE
I am using Enys Guerreo work this is a special tube that was issued oct 2014 but you can get other tubes from the artist HERE
You will also need Millie new template 763 you can down load that HERE

You will also need eye candy gradient glow you can download this from the net

Now open a new 650 x 650 layer
Now go into the scrapkit and choose the splatter
place in top right of the tag duplicate and place on bottom left of the tag
 merge together
Now open the cog and place left top and duplicate and place bottom right
 merge these with the splatter layer
then make this smaller so it fits into a corner then duplicate and place bottom
right then duplicate and place bottom left of the tag duplicate
and place top left so its in all all four corner then merge all four layers together
Now open the template and copy the large circle to the tag get your tube
and enlarge it so it totally fits the circle click inside circle contract
by 5 click delete
Click inside of the circle expand by 3 then on the tube layer click delete
Now on the cirle frame add noise of choice
add a drop shadow of choice
On the tube layer duplicate and gaussian blur by 10 on the top layer
 change the opacity to screen then effects tewture effects weave 1...5...1
all white and gaps filled ticked apply
merge these three layers together
Now copy the next circle layer paste youe tube and with your selection tool
on circle choose a selection of your tube invert and then
delete duplicate this a few times overlap
them untill you can cover all of the circle layer just place
now merge them together place behind the circle and do the same
as before click circle contract by 5 then delete then click the circle again expand by 2
 invert and on the tube layer click delete
on the circle layer add noise of choice and a drop shadow of choice
 and then merge these two layers together
Now copy the large rectangle paste on tag open a paper of choice and paste and click on rectangle invert and on the paper layer click delete
Now open your tube and paste on tag click rectangle again invert then on the tube layer click delete now change the opacity to overlay
Now merge these three layers together adding a drop shadow of choice
place the largest circle in top left of the tag the smaller circle bottom right
place the rectangle in top right Open the dots from the scrapkit and
add around rectangle changing them to a colour of choice
Paste the small black layer click inside contract by 5 the delete now paste your tube
 again behind the frame just made
click inside same square expand by 3 invert then on tube layer click delete
Add noise of choice to black frame add a drop shadow
On the tube layer
Effects photo effects black and white film 0...0...apply then merge
 these two layers together
add a drop shadow of choice place top left duplicate and mirror place this one
center left just down from one placed before
Open the tilted bow add a drop shadow of choice and place top left of the tag in the rectangle
Open the gravestone rotae to an angle adding a drop shadow of choice
on the bottom left of the tag
Open the cherry branch rotate so its vertical and place bottom of the tag
Open the dragon add a drop shadow of choice and place this between
 the two colourless frames top left
Open the moon element and place top right behind the rectangle layer
Paste the roses and skulls layer at the bottom right of the tag
Now open your tube of choice adding a drop shadow of choice place the tube
behind the roses & skulls layer just placed
open the raven and place on branch on the bottom adding a drop shadow of choice
Open the sparkles make smaller and place over the roses & skulls
and paste another sparkle layer and place in front of rectangle layer
Add your copyright and your name of choice adding a gradient glow
and a drop shadow of choice
All done
