To do this tutorial you will need  

 Toxic Desirez Scrapkit Synful Treatz
Which you an buy HERE
I have also used one of Toxic Desirez Templates 315 which you can download from HERE

The tube im using is Martin Abel tube you can buy that HERE

You will also need eye candy gradient glow you can download this from the net

Open the template on the back two rectangles
 flood fill a colour of your choice from the tube click on both convert by 4
then delete on both add noise of choice to both
Go to the kit and choose a paper of choice paste behind two new frames just created
click inside each expand by 2 invert and on the paper layer click delete
add a drop shadow of choice to the frames and merge the frame
 and the paper layer together
Do this on the back three layers of the template
moving none of them out of the place they were originally
On the next layer do the same as before make this a frame
only instead of choosing a paper of choice open your tube of choice
and place behind frame that has just been created now click inside frame expand by 2
and invert and on the tube layer click delete
On the tube layer effects textures blinds
10.60 light from left /top ticked and boxes should both be black apply
add drop shadow of  choice to your frame and merge these two layers together
Now open the large blue ribbon from the kit and place to the left hand side of the tag
Now on the circle layers from the template we are going to do the same
 as we have done on all layers make these both frames
Open your tube of choice
and again position it behind the frame click inside the frame expand by 2
invert and on the tube layer click delete duplicate the tube layer
gaussian blur by 10 on the bottom layer
 on the top layer change the opacity to screen now merge these two tube layers together
effect texture weave 1.3.1 fill gaps ticked both boxes
chooses a colour from your tube for both apply
now add a drop shadow on the circle frame
and merge these two layers together
Open the devils spear freom the kit rotate this a little to the left
 and place on the left hand side tof the tag
Open the demon and add a drop shadow of choice and place bottom left of the tag
Copy and paste the chain from the kit into the bottom right of the tag
adding rop shadow of choice
Now again caopy and paste a paper from the kit click on the long rectangle
going all the way across the tag click on that invert and delete on the paper layer
merge these two layers together add a drop shadow of choice
Do the same on the next two layers from the template
on both the long left and right panels
Open the eye ball from the scrapkit and add a drop shadow of choice
 and place bottom right of the tag over the chain layer placed before
Open the red devil and make him small enough to be placed
on the long bar that goes all the way across the tag adding a drop shadow of choice to him
Open the sparkles and place to the bottom of the tag duplicate and flip
 and merge these two layers together
Open the Doodle from the copy and paste makeing sure the hightest point is ito the center
of the tag duplicate and mirror merge together
Open the splatter  make small enough to fit into the top left corner of the tag
duplicate and place this one center left now merge these two layers together
 duplicate and mirror now merge the doodle layer and the splatter layers together
and place this layer at the bottom of the tag as this is your background
Open the long fire layer now choose a couple of the rectangle layers merged earlier
and place along the top of these if any parts hanges over the frame
using your eraser tool
erase them then when happy merge the fire layer on
which ever frame layer it has been placed
I chose to place it on three of the back rectangle layers
Now delete the large circle glitter layer from the template
click inside large circle layer expand by 4 new raster layer flood fill this white
or a colour of your choice
 contract by 4 delete now you should be left with just a frame a noise of choice
 go back to original circle and paste your tube enlarge so it fills the total circle
click inside circle invert and on the tube layer click delete
Duplicate the tube layer gaussian blur by 10 on the bottom layer on the top layer
 change the opacity to hard light now merge these two layers together
add sereral drop shadow of choice to the large circle frame maybe 4 times
 them merge the frame and tube layer together
Hide the glitter star layer from the template
 copy and paste a paper from the kit
now on the star layers click every star invert and delete on the paper layer
add noise of choice to these unhid the glitter star layer
merge these two layers together and add a drop shadow of choice
Now open the butterfly add a drop shadow of choice and place on the large circle layer
Open the wing add a drop shadow make small rotate this to the right
and place in the very top right of the tag
Open one of the bows from the kit add a drop shadow of choice
and place on one of the back layers that were merged before
 making sure that its just infrount of the frame layer that is chosen
Paste tube of choice to the left of the tag adding a drop shadow of choice
 4 times to give it a real feel of defination
Add your copyright and your name of choice adding a gradient glow
and a drop shadow of choice
