This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial this is totally coincidental.
I am using the Work of Myka Jelina you can buy there work
you will need wsl mask 3 which can be downloaded fron HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new white raster layer
open one of the papers from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your mask wsl mask 3
with only the source luminance ticked and apply
merge group
Now open up the main tube you wish to use and resize it till it fits your tag size
duplicate it
Adjust ,blur, gaussian blur set to 10
the layers pallet on the right hand side scroll down to select screen
on the image that you have just blured
merge the two tube layers
drop the opicity to 50 on the tube layer.
Then open your mask wsl 3 again and do as before only to your large tube layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your mask wsl mask 3
with only the source luminance ticked and apply
merge group
merge the tube layer and the paper layer together add drop shadow of choice.
Open up the blue doodle in the kit resize ir so it fits into one of the corners then duplicate it and mirror
then duplicate that layer and flip then duplicate that layer and mirror
now you should have all four corners of the tag covered
Open up your frame of choice and open up one of the papers that came in the kit
resize it so it fits in to your frame
Click in side your chosen frame modify expand by two
then click on tube layer invert and hit delete on the keyboard.
open your tube as a new layer position it were desired
add drop shadow
open up the elements in the kit and add as desired .
Add Your licence and your watermark
