This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial this is totally coincidental.
I am using the Work of Rachael Tallamy you can buy her work here R.Tallamy you will need a licence to use her work.
I am using Swheat Creations ftu scrapkit Pink Sherbert you can download it HERE
you will need Gabees mask 13 which can be downloaded fron HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new white raster layer
open one of the papers from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your mask Gabee 13
with the source luminance only ticked apply
merge group together,add a drop shadow of choice.
open up a frame from the kit .
Open up your artist tube layers expand it .
Duplicate the expanded layer ,on the top layer
Adjust ,blur, gaussian blur set to 10
the layers pallet on the right hand side scroll down to select screen
merge two expanded tube layers
Click inside the frame again as before expand it by two
click on the artist tube you have just expanded and invert and delete on the keyboard
Put this layer of your expanded tube behind the frame
merge the frame and expanded tube layer together
add a drop shadow of choice.
open up your tube layer again
position it and add a drop shadow of choice
open the elements that came with the kit and add as desired.
Add Your licence and your watermark
