To do this tutorial you will need 

Ninaste KittyAngel tube from beehive studio HERE 
You will also need Bibis scrapkit Dark Fire Angel HERE
You will also need scrapkit Amy Marie 4 of 2014 you can buy it HERE
You will need xero plugin radiance and porcelian
and the millies template 486 HERE

Lets get started open the template and delete the copyright
Open your tube of choice and on the top little squares 
place the edges of the wings within the square click on the square layer
 then on the tube layer delete
duplicate the tube choice gaussian blur 10 on bottom layer
 and on the top layer change the opacity
 to luminance legacy then merge all three together then 
apply textures blinds with a colour from the tube 5,100 with both boxes ticked then add drop shadow of choice
Open your tube again and place the eyes level upon the large bottom rectangle duplicate this until it fills this shape 
merge these together and duplicate apply porcelain 
default settings 
then radiance with default settings then 
merge these two layers together adding drop shadow of choice
Open your tube again and place in circle the click invert delete on the tube change the opacity to overlay on the back add noise
 54 monochrome
merge together and add drop shadow of choice
Open element 32 within the kit and place behind circle tube layer 
to the right
Open the smaller rectangle on the left open a paper from the kit
 and click invert then on the paper layer hit delete merge and
 add drop shadow of choice
Open element 101 and place were desired
Open 44 element and use this as a mask place left hand side of tag
 then duplicate and place that 1 on the right merge these layers together and place just infront of the small rectangle that you placed the paper
 on before
Open 56 element hue and saturate to a colour from your tube place this behind the long rectangle duplicate and place this one behind the rectangle but lower down
One the grey layer from the template add texture weave,
1,5,1 colour white add drop shadow of choice on this layer
On the two heart layers add noise of choice and drop shadow of choice place were desired
Open the close up and apply to the light blur rectangle hit invert and delete the tube layer change opacity to luminance legacy merge together 
then add drop shadow of choice
Click on the pink circle effects texture  fine leather 40,250,40,4 colour white angle 30 do the same with the turquoise circle
Duplicate the swirl flip and place were desired
Open tube add drop shadow of choice place were desired
Add copyright and name of choice all done
