To do this tutorial you will need
Derzi Moosie & Pookie tube from beehive studio HERE
Bibi Costa Belle freebie Scrapkit which is no longer available ;((
should of checked before started this but didnt use much from the scrapkit........;)))

You will need wsl mask 238 which can be downloaded HERE
You will also need xero radiance and porcelain which can be downloaded HERE

Lets get started open a new image 650 by 650
Open up hearts within the kit and place as desired duplicate and place slightly further down merge together
Go to scrapkit and open the grass layer make it smaller enough to fit on the bottom right of the tag duplicate and mirror then merge these two layers together
now open the blue tree layer and place on left hand side of tag behind the grass layer
Using your rectangle tool with the foreground knocked off and the background a colour from the grass make a rectangle length 590 and width 200 make this layer a raster layer now click inside rectangle and expand by 3 open a new layer and on this layer flood fill white
then add noise of choice
Now chooses a darker green and using your rectangle tool again make four smaller rectangles to fit inside the large rectangle that you made before
Open your tube and place on top to large rectangle you may have to resize a little now open your tube again and and using moosie place her head into the first box you will have to resize again do the same with pookie but put him
in the box at the far right now open the tube again and were the two hands meat paste that as before into the middle two boxes
Open the heart tube that came with your tubes and resize to fit into middle two boxes as background now as before click the two boxes invert then on heart layer delete
Merge all the tube layers and then using erox porcelain

now merge large white rectangle ,green rectangle and all tube rectangles add drop shadow of choice place this center of the tag over the grass
Open the clip art flowers and place behind rectangle on each end Open the purple flowers and resize until small to put on either end of the rectangle at the bottom
Place butterfly after adding drop shadow of choice on end of rectangle
Open up my wordart and place as desired
Open a new raster layer and chose a colour from the tree now flood fill then open wsl 238 mask and apply merge group .add effect texture weave 2,5,2 all white now place this layer at the back of the tag Now add sparkles from the scrapkit as desired
Add copyright and name of choice all donenow merge large white rectangle ,green rectangle and all tube rectangles add drop shadow of choice place this center of the tag over the grass
