To do this tutorial you will need 

Ismael Racs Tube Ice which you can buy HERE the scrapkit is by Angelics Scraps and is called Stargazer you can buy that HERE

Lets get started open a new 650x650 layer 
Open the sparkles within the kit and place in top left hand top of design then duplicate and mirror then duplicate and flip then duplicate and mirror then merge these 4 layers together 
Open the circle sparkles then open your tube that you have chosen and place over the circle layer that you have just opened go around the outside with your eraser so that none of the tube is outside of the circle layer drop its opacity to 50
then duplicate the sparkle circle layer place it above your circle and tube layer then erase the inside of it so you can see the tube threw it merge these three layers together
Using the ribbon layer place on left hand side coming from the circle
Open the tube layer that you have chosen and place were desired adding a drop shadow of  choice
Using the light leaves place one at the bottom of the tube duplicate and mirror merge these two layers together any of the tube layer that is underneath the flower layer then erase
Using the mist layer duplicate and place side by side merge these together then flip and place underneath the light flowered layer erase the excess so that the mist only apears on the bottom of the flower layer then merge these layers together 
Open the darker flowers and place over the top of the light flowers 
Using the stars place were desired
Open the moon add drop shadow of choice and place were desired

Add licence and name and all finished
