To do this tutorial you will need Derzi s The girlfriend collection

and chocolate sweet layer

You will also need eyecandy gradient glow you can 
download that from the internet
You will also need tiny turtle Spring Harmony Scrapkit which you
 can buy HERE

Open a new raster layer 650 by 650
using your circle tool choose a colour from the tube i used pink from the girls dress fill nill and the width 10
create a circle duplicate resize to 170 then merge these two layers together 
Open the chocolate sweet tube and place behind the frame just created
duplicate this tube 4 times and place untill totally fills frame
merge these four together click within the frame expand by 2 then invert then delete on the tube layer
on the frame layer add noise uniform ,70 monochrome
change the opacity of the tube layer to 60
Now using the same tool as u created the circle from 
remember to change the width back to 1
Make another circle a bit bigger than the inner frame
Now choose a font change the foreground to black and 
choose a colour for the writing
Click on the circle just created you now should be able 
to write around the circle
Write Her Comes Spring
twice now open up the options in the layers section on the new
 ellipse hide that layer 
right click on layer and convert to raster layer
now you should just be able to see the writing
Using the same settings add noise to the writing
with the same settings as used before
Add gradient glow white ,5 then add a drop shadow 
of your choice to the writing
merge these together 
Open up the grass from within the kit place at bottom of circle duplicate and flip then merge these two layers together
Open up a branch from the kit and place behind frame duplicate and mirror then merge these two layers together
For the stems you might have to erase so they
 dont hang below the frame layer
Open the butterfly from the scrapkit and add a drop shadow of choice and place on the frame
Open the element 35 and place infront of frame add a drop shadow of choice and duplicate mirror then merge these two layers together
Open paper 8 place on tag you might have to make it smaller so it fits the frame so u get the whole effect 
 click inside the frame expand by 2 then invert
on the paper layer hit delete
Open the sprinkles and place coming from the butterfly 
Open up layer 9 and place between the frame and paper layer
Open element 49 and pace over the grass at the bottom of the tag
Open the square frame within the scrapkit and resize to fit a corner now duplicate until in all four corners then merge these layers together
place at back of tag 
Open your girl tube add a drop shadow of choice ,now open the bear tube and place him at bottom of tag 

 add copyright and name of choice and all done
