To do this tutorial
 you will need Veronica Tube you can buy HERE 

You will also need scrapkit by Tiny Turtle
 Veronica Garden scrapkit
which you can buy HERE

 Open a new raster layer 650x650
Open element 21 from the scrapkit hue and saturate to pink
place in top
right of tag duplicate and place other in bottom left
 of the tag merge
 these two layers together
Using element 84 place on tag then flip place bottom right
 duplicate and mirror
then merge together these two layers
Open element 51 and place in top right of the tag
Open element 12 and place in top right
 of the tag then duplicate mirror
 and place the other element just down
from first
 merge these two layers together
Place element 17 in top left corner of the tag
Open element 28 and place in top left of the tag adding a
drop shadow of choice
then open element 27 and place at bottom of the tag
Open element 24 and place just down from happy easter sign
 just placed
 ...so it looks like the petals are coming from the sign
Open your tube of choice and place as desired
 adding a drop shadow of choice
