You will also need the Martin Abel Porcein Tube which you an buy HERE

Now to start open a new 650x650 layer 

Open element 18 and place center left
 duplicate and mirror the merge these to elements together
Open element 33 frame and place in center of the tag
Open your tube and place in front of the frame duplicate the frame
 and place at the front of the tag now with your easer brush 
erase the front frame layer so that the tube looks like it fits into the frame 
add a drop shadow of choice to the tube then 
merge these three layers together
Open element 29 and place at the side of the frame
 just placed duplicate
 and place on the adjacent side then merge these two layers together
Open element 37 and resize to fit in bottom right corner 
duplicate and flip then duplicate and mirror then duplicate and flip now 
merge these layers together duplicate this layer and brighten until white
 then rotate by 90 now merge these two layers together
 now put this layer to the back
Open layer 48 and place at the bottom of the tag
Open element 28 and place top right of the frame duplicate
 and mirror merge together and add a drop shadow of choice place
 this layer in front of the background layer
Open element 14 place in center at the back of the frame duplicate
 and move further down then duplicate and above to bottom of the tag 
merge these three together 
Open element 53 and place on bottom of the tag flip and place duplicate and mirror then merge together 
Open the ribbon with serenity on place over the top of the two bits of ribbon add a drop shadow of choice merge the three ribbons together
