To do this tutorial you will need toxic desirez Starrific

 this was made as opart of the hunt at the misfits forum 

You will also need Martin Abel 47-3 tube you can buy that from HERE

You will also need eyecandy gradient glow which you can download from the internet

Open a 650 x 650 new raster layer

Open the ribbon from the kit and make it so it will fit into one corner

 then place in right corner of the tag duplicate and flip duplicate and mirror then duplicate 

and flip again now the ribbon should be in all four corners of your tag merge together 

Now open the large circle frame within the scrapkit place where desired 

Now on your shapes tool choose a background colour from the frame

 and make it darker make a large circle to be placed behind the frame 

so it is about 3cm larger than the frame add noise random 81 monochrome

 then place behind the frame

Choose  a pink colour from the frame make darker and make a small circle with your shapes tool add the same noise as before place this top right hand of the tag duplicate and place this bottom left 

of the tag merge these two two layers together place behind the frame

Using a light blue as a background and foreground null using your elipse tool 

make an elipse from one side of frame to the other add noise 

same settings as before place one right side of the tag just below circle placed before duplicate and put it same as bottom left just up from circle placed merge these two together

place these behind the large circe frame from the kit placed before

Open the splatter and make small enough to fit in one of the corners place in top left corner

 duplicate and flip duplicate and mirror themn duplicate and flip 

now again all in the four corners of the tag merge together and place behind the frame again

Open the pink string place one in top left of the tag duplicate and place bottom right

 then merge together

add a drop shadow of choice on this element place behind the middle frame

Open the lolly element and add noise same setting as before adding a drop shadow of choice

 place top left of the tag behind the middle frame

Now on the main frame placed before open a paper from within the kit and place behind the frame 

click in the center and on the outter center expand by 4 

then invert and on the paper layer click delete

Now open tube of choice and do the same as the paper layer 

then textures weave 20,70,both on black and fill gaps unticked apply

place both the paper 

and the tube layer behind the frame 

duplicate the tube layer on the bottom layer gussian blur by 10

 then on the top layer change the opacity to screen

 merge these four layers together adding a drop shadow of choice to the frame

Open the sparkle swirl make smaller and place coming out of the center of the frame just merged

Open the other sparkles and place bottom right and top

 left merge these two layers together

Open the pink star add a drop shadow of choice place bottom right over frame 

duplicate and place this one further down on the right hand side of the tag merge these two layers together

Open the bow from the kit add a drop shadow of choice

 and place on the left side of the frame

Open the buttrfly add a drop shadow and then place over the star on the bottom left hand side of the tag

Open your tube of choice and place were desiredusing the plugin eyecandy

 gradient glow on ten and the coclour light clue add this to the tube then add a drop shadow 

of your choice

Add your copyright and name and all done
