To do this tutorial you will need Honored Scraps Let Freedom Ring which you can buy HERE

and Arthur Crowe Cute Babe tube which you can buy HERE

You will laso need eye candy gradient glow which can be downloaded from the internet

To start Open a raster layer 650 x 650 

Open the three large balloons red,white and blue place the blue in the top left of the tag the white in the center left of the tag duplicate this layer ,

mirror and flip 

place the red in the bottom right of the tag 

Merge the two white balloons together add noise settings random,80 with monochrome ticked 

merge the blue and red ballons together add noise settings same as you did for the white balloons  

add a drop shadow of choice on both layers

now duplicate the red and blue layer and the white layer merge these two layers together

mirror and flip then add gaussian blur 10  place this layer to the back of the tag 

Now duplicate the white ballons again hide this layer now merge the red white and blue un blured layers together 

unhide the white ballons and then mirror then change the opacity to overlay

Open the twirl from within the kit and place center bottom adding the same noise as before

Open the ballons clip art and place top right adding a drop shadow of choice

Open several of the flowers and place around the tag one stisfied add a drop shadow of choice to them all them merge together

Open a flag add a drop shadow of choice and place over the top of the balloons placed before in the top right of the tag

Open the usa star and place slightly down from the top left corner adding a drop shadow of choice

Now open the retangle frame  place center top right open up your tabe of choice and place behind the frame with your magic wand tool click inside the square and expand by 3 

 then invert and on your tube layer click delete make sure your tube klayer if behind your frame add a drop shadow of choice to the frame them merge these two layers together then readd another dop shadow of choice

Open a red and balue daisy flower and add a drop shadow on each then merge together and duplicate twice so u have 3 then place were desired on the tag 

Open the blossom 1 and 2 rotate them 60 degrees are untill the main stem is along the bottom of the tag place the blue on the left corner of the tag then place the red in the same area 

the mirror then add a drop shadow of your choice on each then merge these two layers together

Open up the wording place in the center of the tag 

duplicate and with your eraser on the first layer rub out

Now open up your tube adding a drop shadowof choice place in the center of the tag

 Now the two layers of wording arrange these sothey are around the tube on either side once happy merge the two word layers together

add eye candy to this layer take the colour of the O for the grading setting 7 now apply

add a drop shadow of choice 

Now open one of the eagles and place top left of the tag adding a drop shadow of choice 

Add your copyright and name and all done
