To do this tutorial you will need  

 Toxic Desirez Scrapkit DiaDeLos Muertos 2

which you can buy from HERE
And a tube of choice i chose Martin Abel Which you can buy HERE
You will also need millie template 759 you can download it  HERE

You will also need eye candy gradient glow you can download this from the net

Now open a new 650 x 650 layer
Open up the splatter from the scrapkit place in top left of the tag duplicate place this one in the bottom right of the tag merge together
Open the butterfly from the scrapkit place in top right of the tag duplicate and mirror now merge these two layers together dulpilcate and flip so that theres a butterfly in every corner now merge these two layers together
Open up the template and copy the circle the small square and the large retangle on to you tag
Place the circle top left the smalle square top right and the rectagle in the center
Now go into the scrapkit and open a paper of choice place over circle
 click within circle invert and then delete on the paper layer do the same for the small square and the rectangle
Now open your tube of choice place within the circle are until happy and do the same as before click inside circle layer invert and then on the tube layer delete do this with all three again small square ,rectangle and circle
Now go back to the circle layer and on the tube layer
 just created duplicate on the botton layer gaussian blur to ten on the top layer change the opacity to screen do this for all three again
Now go back to the circle hue and saturate a colour of choice click within the circle
contract by 5 then delete add noise of choice bring to the top layer above circled tube layer add a drop shadow of choice to it then merge all circle layers together ...
Do the same for the small square layer and the rectangle layer
Now move the recangle layer to behind the small sqaure and circle layer
 and slightly to the top right duplicate this layer and place other one
 to the lower left of the tag
On the top rectangle effects texture weave 1.5.1 with gaps ticked using a colour from the tube apply
do the same for the lower rectangle only choose a differnt colour and apply
Open up the fire element from the scrapkit make smaller duplicate and merge together adding a drop shadow of choice
now place along bottom of the lower retangle layer so you might need to resize this duplicate and do the same on the higher rectangle add a drop shadow
 of choice and merge with each rectangle
Open the film strip place at bottom of the tag open paper of choice from the scrapkit click in every window expand by 3 invert then on the paper layer click deltet now open tube of choice and do the same place in first window in the film strip click inside window expand by 3 invert then on tube layer click delete do that in all of the windows of the film strip
 changing the position of the tube in each window when all four are done
 merge them together change the opacity to luminace legacy add a drop shadow of choice to the frame and merge the paper the tube layer and the frame layer together then add a drop shadow of choice again
Open the white long rectangle payer
ajust brightness to a light grey the hue and saturate it a colour from your tube of choice
then add a noise of your choice add a drop shadow place this in the top right side of the tag duplicate and place bottom left side of the tag merge together and place infront of the butterfly layer
 placed before
Open the sparkles from the scrapkit place top of tag duplicate and place bottom of tag merge together
Open up one of the bows from the scrakpkit and add a drop shadow of choice and place bottom of the circle layer
Open the Roses and orange flowers from the scarpkit and place were desired behind the frames placed before when happy merge together
Open the man and woman from the scrapkit and add a drop shadow of choice and place were desired
Open your tube of choice and add a drop shadow of choice
Add your copyright and your name of choice adding a gradient glow
and a drop shadow of choice
