To do this tutorial you will need  

 Toxic Desirez Scrapkit Red Queen
Which you an buy HERE

The tube im using is Martin Abel tube you can buy that HERE

You will also need eye candy gradient glow you can download this from the net

Open a new 650 x650
Open the splatter from the scrapkit
and make small enough to fit into a corner of the tag
 then duplicate and flip merge together duplicate and mirror
 now merge these two layers together
Open the swirls and turn horizontal place top left of the tag
 duplicate and mirror place center right of the tag merge these two layers together
now duplicate and flip now merge these two layers together
Now open the heart frame and get your tube of choice fill the frame
click inside the frame expand by 2 invert and on the tube layer click delete
 if your tube doesnt fit totally duplicate
the tube layer and place in the heart frame so its filled
now add a drop shadow of choice
to your heart frame
Effects texture weave 1.3.1 gaps filled ticked with colour from your tube
 in both boxes apply now mege these two layers together
 add a drop shadow of choice Duplicate this layer
place one bottom left and the other one top right
Open the castle add a drop shadow of choice make small enough
 to be placed in a corner
 of the tag now place top left of the tag
Open the sparkles place top of tag duplicte and place this on bottom
 of the tag merge these two together
Open the lips and the red cat from the scrapkit make the cat smaller
 adding a drop shadow of choice now place him on top of the lips
 merge these two layers together place
bottom left of the tag
Now move the heart frame placed today bring this layer forward
to go after the cat layer
Now open a paper of choice open the large circle frame click inside frame
expand by 4 invert and then delete on the paper layer
now duplicate the large circle layer get your tube of choice
and place between the two circle layers now with your eraser tool
 rub out the top frame as it goes over the tube
that you have just placed
If any of the tube is hanging below the botttom large circle layer
then eraser the tube parts that do
Now add a drop shadow of choice on the tube layer
 add a drop shadow of choice to the bottom large circle frame
Now merge the paper layer the tube layer and the 2 frame layers
Place this center right of the tag
Open the skulls make small enough to cover the circle just placed
 add a drop shadow of choice and place around the bottom off the circle just placed
Get the telephone add a drop shadow of choice
make smaller to fit in the bottom left corner of the tag adding a drop shadow of choice
Open the teapot and do the same as you did with the telephone
only place on the right side of the tag
Open the spider and place on the web of the skull and flowers placed before
Open up the bunny make the same size as the teapot and the telephone
and place it behind the teapot adding a drop shadow of choice
Get the mushroom layer and place over the red lips layer

Paste tube of choice adding a drop shadow of choice
Add your copyright and your name of choice adding a gradient glow
and a drop shadow of choice
