This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial this is totally coincidental.
I am using the Work of Keith Garvey you can buy his work HERE you will need a licence to use her work.
you will need wsl mask 84 which can be downloaded from HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new white raster layer
open one of the papers from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your mask wsl mask 84
with only the source luminance ticked and apply
merge group
Duplicate this layer flip and mirror
then merge the two layers together
Now open up the frame you wish to use place it in the middle of the tag
open your tube as a new layer position it were desired within the frame
add drop shadow of choice.
open up the elements in the kit and add as desired

Open up the snowglobe tube
duplicate your main tube resize this so her face fits in the snowglobe
Duplicate the tube layer
Adjust ,blur, gaussian blur set to 10
the layers pallet on the right hand side scroll down to select screen
on the image that you have just blured
merge the two tube layers
place your artist tube behind the Snowglobe click in side the globe,
selections modify expand by two then making sure that you have highlighted the tube layer you wish to be in the globe
in your layer pallet selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard
merge the Snowglobe and the tube layer together add drop shadow of choice.
Add Your licence and your watermark
