This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial this is totally coincidental.
I am using the Work of Jennifer Janesko you can buy her work here you will need a licence to use her work.
I am using Swheat creations ftu scrapkit Finally Fall you can download it HERE
you will need wsl mask 17 which can be downloaded fron HERE
Open psp and open a 600X600 new white raster layer
open one of the papers from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your mask wsl mask 17
with only the source luminance ticked and apply
merge group together resize the mask layer
make it small enough to go in to one of the corners
merge mask layers together duplicate the layer ,colourise your second mask layer and flip it then merge the two mask layers
you should now have a circle in each corner ,
add a drop shadow of choice
Open one of the frames that came with the kit and paste it as a new layer
Open up another one of the papers that came with the kit ,
Highlight inside the frame with the magic wand
make sure that you are on the frame layer
Selection modify expand by 10
without knocking the selected click on the paper layer that you have just pasted
selection invert and then hit delete on your keyboard
selections select none.
Move this layer behind the frame .
colourise the paper .
Open up your artist tube layers duplicate and position it within the frame
colourise it the same colour as your paper then go to duplicated tube and it expand it .
Click inside the frame again as before expand it by 10
click on the artist tube you have just positioned within the frame .
as before selection modify expand then click on tube layer invert and hit delete on the keyboard
and invert and delete on the keyboard
Put this tube behind the frame ,
do the same with the expanded tube layer
then merge the paper and the two tubes and the frame
add a drop shadow of choice.
add another tube from the same artist add drop shadow
and position it on top
open the elements that came with the kit and add as desired.
