This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway
to another tutorial this is totally coincidental.
I am using the Work of Keith Garvey you can buy his work HERE
you will need a licence to use his work.
I am using Starry Sarry Night by Monti Srapz can be bought HERE
Lets Begin:
Open psp and open a 600X600 new tranparent raster layer
Open 1 of the frames from the kit
open one of the papers from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
Using Magic wand click in side frame,selections
expand by 4 click on paper layer and hit deleat
open your tube as a new layer position it were desired within the frame
if it bigger than the frame repeat the steps above drop the opacity to 50
then merge layers together
open up 1 of the stars elements paste on bottom right put behind frame
duplicate and mirror,merge the 2 star elements together
Open up the star elements and position
them on the right hand side of the tag around the frame edge,merge them together and then duplicate and mirror them merge all stars layers together
open up any other elements in the kit and add as desired
place your artist tube infront of frames and elements,
add a drop shadow to your tube layer
Add Your licence and name
