Tranquility Tutorial
To do this tutorial you will need A Scappers Delights Scrapkit

I used the tube from the kit but this is optional the plugins that i used are eyecandy for the wording and xero radiance and penta.com tramages,tow the line these are available on the internet
I used a template which i made myself and you can get that HERE

Download the zip file and open up the image in paintshop pro
Open the glitters from the kit and place in the top right hand corner duplicate and mirror and flip then duplicate this layer hue and saturate it a slightly lighter colour and then mirror and duplicate this and mirror and flip this will give you them in all four corners merge together and leave at the bottom of tag
Choose a background from the kit and copy and paste that into your template
Using your magic wand click on the two pink large squares click invert then on your background image hit delete ,you will now have two squares with your background paper in and the original two squares select none Delete on of the large squares as its no longer needed
,then click the other pink large square with your magic tool then expand by 3
choose a colour and with your flood fill tool fill the square with a different colour
then contract by 6 and hit delete you will now have your frame place that above your background square you can
add noise as i did if you wish , add a drop shadow of choice and duplicate this frame and place it over the other background square so you have frames over each of them now place where desired and merge together.
On the curved shapes colour these the same colour as the frame layer add tramages defalt settings add a drop shadow of choice and place where desired and merge these two layers together.
Open the center double square and again colour of choice then add noise on the frame layer add drop shadow of choice and merge together duplicate and move the second image below the first so it gives a diamond shape add drop shadow of choice to both and merge these two layers together

chose a paper from the kit and place behind circle frame
now with your magic wand click inside all of the inside the frame selection modify expand by two click paper layer and invert and deleat select none
Open tube of choice duplicate it on the bottom layer guassin blur 10 on the top layer
change layer setting to screen merge these two layers together then place in side circle frame and same as paper layer repeat the same steps merge the paper layer and the tube layer together add penta.com dot and cross.....72,4,2
Click on the white circle from the template and contract by 6 and hit delete add drop shadow of choice place above the other circle layers and merge together
Open up the follage with in the kit and place where desired
Open up the large oyster and place that in bottom

Open tube of choice duplicate it on the bottom layer guassin blur 10 on the top layer change layer setting to screen merge these two layers together
Click on one of the black squares then place the screened tube within the square invert and deleate now on the tube layer apply xero radiance defalt setting merge these two layers down ,on the frame layer add drop shadow of choice place above tubes square and merge together duplicate and mirror and place where desired them merge these two layers together.
Now open your main tube place where desired adding a shadow of choice
Open up the bubbles within the kit add drop shadow of choice and place where desired
Open the word if desired using eye candy add a glow of 10 medium with a colour from the kit
If you wish to use any of the characters from the kit please add them with a drop shadow and place where desired add your licence and your tagging name and all done................
change layer setting to screen merge these two layers together then place in side circle frame and same as paper layer repeat the same steps merge the paper layer and the tube layer together add penta.com dot and cross.....72,4,2
